Email support@fastshot.ai with the issue and, if relevant, your project link. Please do not send passwords or access tokens.

Connecting your account

Choose Connect or Update access in ChatGPT. Sign in with Google or your Fastshot email and password, then return to the chat and retry your request.

You can also reconnect Fastshot in ChatGPT’s plugin settings. Website sign-in is separate.

Credits and project limits

Each build uses Fastshot credits and a project slot. A daily or monthly allowance can block a new build even when credits remain. If all project slots are in use, open your existing projects to continue working.

Contact support if a limit looks wrong or you need to check its reset time.

Checking a build

Open your projects to check progress or continue working in Fastshot.

If a build request times out, check your projects before retrying to avoid creating a duplicate. Wait a few minutes if another start request is still pending.

Disconnecting and your data

You can disconnect Fastshot in ChatGPT’s plugin settings. Disconnecting does not delete projects you already created. Account deletion is available in Fastshot’s account settings. See our privacy policy for data handling and deletion details.
